only way to convey to the guests in a direct and organized way

You don’t need to have your own Zoom account/profile.
Click and Craft will provide you with the link you’ll need to host your events. You don’t have to log in to an account to use the links we provide.
The instructor zoom link is different than the guest link enabling you to have more control on your events

Prepare for tech troubles
If physical events have hitches, virtual events have glitches!
Before kicking things off, test your Internet connection—and have your speakers do the same. Prepare backups of visuals in case a file goes wrong. If possible, run a rehearsal. The sooner you identify problems, the sooner you can identify solutions
Remember that not all of your guests are tech savvy. Anticipate the type of questions people may have such as a missing product. Do it if you have the resources to provide support, but we'll be there to help you. Make sure your guest are comfortable before starting the project
MAKE IT INTERACTIVE & ENCOURAGE ENGAGEMENT
Just like in-person events, virtual events should be as inclusive and accessible as possible
Make sure clear language, ask for questions time to time and ensure everyone is following the same pace
If you create opportunities for engagement, your audience will be more engaged. Why? It’s fun to see the outcomes of your engagement
Here is a simple example: Ask your guest to show their end project to the camera and vote which one they like the best. The guest with the most vote will send us a photo that will be shared on our social media platforms
PREPARATION IS KEY FOR A GREAT VIRTUAL EVENT, ENSURE YOU HAVE SOME QUESTIONS LINED UP AND HAVE FUN!
You will decide the ticket price of every virtual events and Click and Craft will help you hosting it. We will also advertise it through our Social and Sales channels to find you guests.
The profit of each event will be shared equally between you and us (50/50). The profit includes total revenue generated from the event minus payment fees, tech fees and advertising budget for this specific event.
Here is a simple example: You are a great host and you run a weekly paint night with us with an average of 20 attendees and your tickets are sold at $20. You would receive a bank transfer of $610 at the beginning of every month
Note: If your event has low attendance (less than 5 tickets sold or less than C$100 ), we will send you 80% of the profit for your event as long as it doesn't recur too often (at our discretion)
With us, part of our profit is directly re-invested to improve our products and services. One of our core value is to lead by example by contributing to development of local communities, school, hospitals and charities.
We also give the chance for the guests to tip you at the end of the event within our email follow-up asking for reviews. The full amount will be added your existing income
