We aim to build a community with our talented artisits showing how important it is to feed our creative spirits. We also work with partners to help them sell their own materials & work through our platform
It's very easy! Visit the painting box page and order it based on your needs. On the checkout page, ensure to create an account so we can send you shipping updates. Once you've received the box, you will have instructions so you can book your event, access the Live Streaming Paint Night and unleash your creativity. We will showcase your work on our social media channels and enter in a contest to win a voucher and free Paint Nights
So, maybe not everyone is the next Picasso. At Click and Craft, that doesn't matter! Your painting party is about making fun art, not fine art!
You can book it for your friends too. When you are on the checkout page, you have the option to split the cost with the group if you have their contact details. Ensure to add the addresses in the note section before purchasing the boxes and event. If you're not sure, you can always contact us or send us an email
SHIPPING & TRACKING
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order. Processing time takes less than 24 hours
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order. Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website
We ship most items worldwide except the paint night kit that we only ship within Canada. Please reach out to our support through our helpdesk at support@clickandcraft.com for more information
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes up to 24 hours to process it for delivery. Standard shipping time for Canada covered by our delivery partners are 2-5 working days. Please be aware that in exceptional circumstances such as COVID-19, delivery times may be longer than usual

Applicable taxes are based on your province, and will be calculated on your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.
If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed.
We all love sending gifts to others and ourselves as much as we love receiving them. However, if you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, your order may be delayed
