Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

When selecting Free Shipping, customers should expect a delivery within 8-12 business days. Free Fast Shipping is 2-5 business days.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We do use alternative shipping carrier for the Free Shipping option who picks up your order and drops it to a nearer Local Shipping Carrier Post Office: It helps us keeping prices affordable. As soon as the Local Shipping Carrier collects it, you will be able to see the update in the tracking order page

We do offer international shipping at the moment to most of our inventory depending on the size and weight

How do I check the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website. Alternatively, access the link "Order Tracking" from the home page

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do ship parcel to P.O. boxes. as long as this is a recognised address by Canada post

Return Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as Gift Cards or Customized product by pictures 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, order number, full name and email address.
If your local postal service requests additional funds for import, duty or VAT fees above and beyond what we have previously paid through our shipping provider these are at the expense of each customer.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition, proof of purchase, full name and email address.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Refunds & Exchange

We do not offer cash refunds to any items bought on the website 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
